We fully understand that you want your product now.. That's why we offer express service (at a extra cost) within 1-2 Business days from time of purchase (weekends and public holidays excepted). Please note it may be longer if your product is not in stock. Best contact us before you purchase.
We do ship our items everywhere in the world. However due to some of our items being exclusive to many suppliers within Australia some lables can not be purchased and sent over seas.
To ensure we can send your items to you please contact us with the item you wish to order.
International rates depend on your order, weight and price for the stachel.
We offer a same day delivery for items in stock only and price is from $45 and within a 50km radius of our Hallam warehouse and post code of 3803. If you are unsure please contact us if you want the same day service, this is a direct service and deliveries are done from 6pm Monday - Friday. Cut of hours are 9pm during the colder months.
Deliveries outside of any Metropolitan city in Australia may take longer to arrive. Please note this is completly out our control.
All deliveries require a signature when being delivered. We do not send packages with out a signature if you so choose to have this option you will fully agree to if your package does not arrive we are not responsible for the item not arriving or "going missing".
If an item is shown as "delivered", and you have not received it, Australia Post will only talk to you "The Recipient" and not us "The Sender".
Per our Terms & Conditions item #17 (All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.)
